  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or regional restrictions.

  • We work with top-tier and trusted courier partners in India to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery.

  • Our shipping partners are chosen to provide the best delivery experience possible.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applicable on select products.

  • These charges help us offer faster delivery and premium courier services.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.


Undelivered & Returned Shipments

As all FlipStory products are customized and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds for undelivered or returned shipments.

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • The delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability

  • The contact number provided is invalid or unreachable

  • The delivery agent is unable to contact the customer after multiple attempts

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • A reattempted delivery can be arranged on request, at an additional shipping cost

  • Reattempts will be processed only after the returned shipment is received back by us

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly request you to:

  • Provide a valid and reachable contact number

  • Be available or respond to calls during the delivery window

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
