At FlipStory, each product is custom-made and personalized exclusively for you. We take great care in creating, packing, and shipping every order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products

We are happy to offer a replacement if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Product damage

  • Manufacturing or printing defects

  • Transit-related damage

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification

  • Once approved, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost

⚠️ Please note:
Replacements are provided only as replacements and not refunds.


No Refund Policy for Customized Products

  • All FlipStory products are customized and made-to-order

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not applicable

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect details shared by the customer

    • Personal preferences or expectations


Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Invalid or unreachable contact number

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

Then:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • A reattempted delivery can be arranged on request

  • Reattempts will be processed with a small additional reshipping charge


Special Refund Cases

In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved at our discretion:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 banking days

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment only
